In July, Ukrainian DJ Daria Kolomiec spent several weeks in the USA, where she played sets with Ukrainian music, talked about the war in interviews, and participated in actions in support of Ukraine.

Now she is going to the US again to spread Ukrainian culture abroad, as Daria announced on Facebook. Currently, the DJ is looking for platforms and concert venues,

«I am looking for the places in NYC to play Ukrainian music, radio stations, media outlets and platforms, events, any opportunities to spread the word about Ukraine and its culture.

Also, I’m seeking a platform to stage a performance of the Diary of War project. These are true first-person stories about Ukrainians and how we experienced 5AM on February 24»

Before, during her first trip to the USA, Daria Kolomiec played a set on New York’s The Lot Radio, a well-known independent electronic music radio station. For the first time in the history of the station, the set consisted exclusively of Ukrainian music.

Recently, Daria has also released track ZAVTRA with indie-folk singer-songwriter Make Like a Tree from Kharkiv, Ukraine. Listen it here.
